PROCESS

Material

We use Austria’s BÖHLER steel plates, high-quality German tungsten steel, and Japanese stainless steel, and carry out cutting, wire EDM, laser processing, and stamping mass production according to customer drawings and sample requirements.

Knife hardening

Heat treatment is performed using a Japanese vacuum forging furnace, ensuring a stable hardening process that maximizes the performance of the steel.

Pre-grinding operation

Before form-grinding with profile wheels, semi-finished parts such as stepped sections and effective lengths must be pre-machined to ensure optimal grinding quality in subsequent processes.

Form grinding operations

Using automated CNC grinders and semi-automatic grinding machines combined with custom-profile diamond wheels, we precisely refine tooth profiles and cutting edges, achieving high efficiency and high accuracy.

Plating operation

We offer a variety of coating treatments based on customer requirements to enhance tool durability and performance, ensuring continuous improvement in quality.

Package

After inspection, finished products undergo laser marking for brand, model, and specifications, then are placed into custom tool boxes or designated packaging. Labels are applied, followed by a final check before shipment.
